So I met these young men earlier this year and apparently even earlier then that at some promotional engagement back in the day for a up and coming Wale. Very gracious and classy guys who are working closely with my bossman P and the group N.E.R.D. Here is a little teaser for you guys to check out until the official tape drops May 31st. I love the vibe the song gives me but lyrically I find it well side eye suspect:T, the vid is just visually nerd neato fun. I would love to hear your thoughts. So speak up! :)
DID YOU GET IT YET? She will be performing tonight at the Highline Ballroom in NYC. I hope to see you there because she is going to rip!! Don't worry if not I will have some fun pictures to celebrate the event! Check back with me guys!
Ok, so unless you have been living under a rock you heard the controversial video "Window Seat" that Erykah Badu did in Dallas, Texas where she stripped nude. If you haven't seen it go check it out. I know for my regular readers your probably wondering why I never posted the video because you all know I support the Baduism. Well I figured the rest of the blogs would drone on all day about it so I didn't need to but a good friend of mine put me onto an up and coming comedian Des Johnson from Mount Vernon who posted his own take on the video. I love all forms of entertainment so of course I luv to post some comedy to put a smile on those inspiring faces. Don't live so seriously people enjoy life:)
I can't stop listening! She evokes so much emotion for me. I love this wild child! I recently saw her perform and she sounds even better live. She definitely has next. Enjoy my dears! :) When you support GFCNY you support good music. These guys are a problem!

P.S. Go to www.GFCNY.com and download her music for free!
I know I posted this song already but here is a vid with just my girl singing with acoustic and a keyboard. I like this song even more because of the raw version.
